The production line is a fully automatic uncoiling molding line for refrigerator side plate designed, manufactured and installed by KCM Machine Manufacturing CO., LTD .
The whole line is controlled by Siemens PLC and KUKA robot, and equipped with c onventional DI/O module, which has the function of fault alarm and prompt.
Motor frequency conversion speed regulation; with manual and automatic working modes, different product specifications can be automatically adjusted by Siemens servo, the line has the characteristics of compact structure, high degree of automation, simple operation, smooth operation, high production efficiency and so on.
The process flow is as follows: uncoiling, feeding, punching, 180 degree flipping, roll rolling, Zmurl bending, U bending-robot blanking.
