Product Summary:

This foaming line is a kind of rotary type and 7 or 8 stations door body foaming device for refrigerator, which is mainly used on PU foaming of door body. It consists of Main frame, rotary frame, foaming mold frame, hydraulic pressure driver, locale device, opening & closing system, injection loading system, type-recognized system, and equipped hydraulic system, electric controller system, etc.

This foaming line has its following order as manual loading & unloading, automatic cycling injection, rotary closing mold, cylinder block mold, solidified, cylinder unblocking, lower mold frame declining to original position for opening mold, taking completed door body in manual and so on.

Each model of fixtures uses water heating method.
