The detailed movement explain is: put the ABS sheet into the clamper manually, the griper clamped sheet tightly, the heating plate move forward to heat the sheet, the heating plate comprised of two parts upper and lower each of which composed of heaters controlled by PLC separately for different temperature in different area, heating plate move back quickly while temperature reached the setting value, griper carry sheet into forming platform, the compressed air blow out into the sealed chamber to make the sheet plump up as a arc shape, at the same time the mould rise up to the right position and vacuumize until the hot soft sheet flowed over the mould surface equably, and the assistant device move down to trowel the sheet surface( this function only for complex shapes), then the 8 cooling fans run synchronously for the sheet keep the shape, after the setting cooling time the mould shrink and depart the sheet slowly and all devices move back to original position, operator take off the sheet and prepare for next cycle.
The machine have a simple structure, easy operation, proper for big plastic parts producing, the system controlled by Mitsubishi PLC and 10 inch and high definition screen HMI for operating and parameters setting, intelligent calculating system for the exact temperature controlling to each area.
