General Information of Glass Pasting SPM:

This SPM for the purpose of making Automatic Glue Injection and Pasting by Pressing Tools Between Fridge Door Plastic Frame and Glass of the Surface for Glass Door Refrigerator Models. And Jigs by Movement Floating way that very convenient for Changing Different Models Jig that only placing the related Jig onto Mold Changing Platform and then directly pushing into right Position.
Processing Flow by: 

Manually Loading Plastic Frame ( Same Time for Both Two) --- Button for Automatic Clamping Frame --- Keeping Tight Clamping until to the Position for Glue Injection Station --- Robot Injection according to Designed Model Size Track --- Moving to next station for placing Glass by Robot. This station total two robots, one robot is for inject hotmelt, at the same time another robot catch glass door for placing waiting --- Pressing Glass to Frame via Glue between them and Keeping 10 Seconds Time Holding Tightly --- Clamping and holding, convering --- Coming Out From Bottom Layer via Lifter again for Upper Side to be released Finished Door Body by Gantry system and transport to unloading conveyor line (Take the door body down manually) --- Loosing Jigs for Next Circle in Operation Again.
Equipment of this SPM is composed by 12 Stations of Conveyor system ( two Layers ), Robot and Glue Injection Machine, Pressing Tools, Automation Lifter by 2 units, Mold Changing Conveyor, Take door bridge conveyor and belt conveyor line , Exact Door Models Jig, RFID Recognition system from Jig, Pneumatic System and Electrical System etc…. Glue material for Injection will be prepared by the users and Detailed Layout of SPM Proposal as following: (Waiting for confirmation)
