Multi Station Vacuum Thermoforming Machine for Refrigerator Cabinet Inner Liner
KCM Vacuum Forming Machine to be composed by Double Loading Stacks for HIPS or ABS Sheet, Preheating and heating stage, Thermoforming process by vacuuming bubble via upper box, and inside vacuuming by mold itself, meanwhile outside to be pressed by compressed air, therefore inner liner shaping can be worked out very well because two side forming process at the same time between in&out side via vacuum and compressed air.
After Vacuum Forming, then gantrip robot pick up inner liner to the position of trimming machine for cutting off peripheral 4 sides scraps edges.
Final station is separating stage, because some mold with Two Cavity and need additional process for 2 separate inner liner to reach Refrigerator assembly works conveniently.
